I began creating skincare for my family so my promise to you is this:
I will never sell anything I won't use on me or my family!
Due to the nature of our products (using natural and time sensitive ingredients), all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or has an error, please contact us within 30 days of your order date, with images, so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
If you received incorrect items in your order, please contact our team at meridiangrovenaturals@gmail.com immediately. Please include in your message your order number, a picture of the item you received. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, and this information was not provided, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
We take your purchases seriously and appreciate your understanding that each one of our products is precious and has been individually created by hand and packed with care using time sensitive natural ingredients.
We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. Please understand that each scent is due to the specialized ingredients needed to achieve specific results.
We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Meridian Grove Naturals is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. While our products include natural ingredients people can still be allergic to natural ingredients. In the rare case of a reaction, please discontinue use and seek medical treatment. As with any new skincare product we recommend performing a patch test on your skin first.
In the summer months butters and balms may be affected by the weather and arrive in a melted state. You have consented to the possibility of them arriving in this state and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If your face cream or body butter arrives in a melted or liquid state please set it in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality of the product will remain intact even if the consistency that it arrived in was different than expected. Likewise in the winter months liquid products may arrive frozen but once it thaws it will be perfectly usable without the integrity being compromised. Thank you for understanding.
