While Tallow Balm provides intense hydration and moisturization it’s very important to use sparingly on the face as it is considered comedogenic (meaning it can clog pores) therefore it is not recommended for oily or acne prone skin. There is a lot of misinformation out there about Beef Tallow, one claiming to clear acne but that is just not the case. This is excellent to use on elbows, knees, the feet, anywhere you have dry and rough skin. You can use this on your face but apply very lightly until you know how your skin can handle its intensity. It is best to apply it as a night cream to deep wrinkles.

Beef Tallow is a nutrient-dense, fat moisturizer that deeply hydrates, repairs the skin barrier, and reduces inflammation, making it excellent for dry, sensitive, or aging skin. Rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, it helps reduce inflammation, repairs skin barrier, boosts collagen, and can soothe conditions like eczema or psoriasis.

Coconut Oil and Almond Oil which are emollients that lock in moisture and help to soothe irritated skin as well as supporting skin barrier functioning.

Calendula Oil is known for its intense healing, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Rosehip oil, Frankincense, Neroli, and Helichrysum Essential oils have anti-aging, hydrating, cell regenerative, and collagen boosting properties.

Beeswax which is good for the skin barrier, provides antibacterial benefits and supports cell turnover.
